Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Changed. The old version listed only the $7.99 flat rate and never mentioned free shipping — even though the site has advertised "Free Shipping on Orders $100+" in the announcement bar the whole time.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within the continental US.
- $7.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $100 within the continental US.
Local delivery
Need help hauling your new goodies home? Free local delivery is available within 15 miles of the shoppe for orders of $100 or more containing oversized items.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a delivery date and time.
In-store pickup
Skip the shipping fees and get your new items sooner with free local pickup at Real Deals, 509 West 2600 South, Bountiful, UT 84010. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am – 6pm, Monday through Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bountiful@realdeals.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
If you would like your order shipped to a P.O. box, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery is possible. Oversized items generally require a street address.
